Allegra Properties was founded in 1972 by Neiso H. Moscatel as a full service real estate company that offers property management, development and investment services. Allegra Properties, through its affiliates, owns and manages a portfolio of over 45 properties. Allegra Properties is a family owned business and is operated day to day by members of the family to ensure that each property receives the attention it deserves.

Neiso began his real estate career in 1960 as an expansion of Continental Furniture, a Seattle institution he and his family have owned and operated since 1941. Neiso, through Allegra Properties and its affiliates, has acquired numerous commercial and multi-family properties and developed a number of other projects throughout Puget Sound, including Continental Place, currently the tallest residential tower in Seattle and Ventana At The Market, an award winning mixed use project. All of the properties Neiso has acquired or developed over the past 45 years are professionally managed by Allegra Properties’ highly trained staff.

Boris Castellanos

Boris began his real estate career in 1989 as a residential and multi-family real estate agent with John L. Scott in Bellevue, Washington. In 1996, Boris expanded his real estate expertise to include commercial leasing and construction management in connection with retail businesses he owned and operated in Seattle and Anchorage, Alaska. In 2005, Boris joined Allegra Properties and now uses his extensive residential, multi-family and commercial experience to oversee all of Allegra Properties acquisitions, commercial leasing and private equity activity.

Michael Patrick Chaffey, OCP, CPA

Michael began his career in construction of residential real estate in 1974 working in the field for Living Systems, Inc. In 1983 Michael adopted a formal plan to enhance his understanding of finance and taxation. Shortly after completing his formal education in 1988 Michael passed the CPA exam and pursued further hands on education in order to obtain his license to practice. After a successful period of consulting in the area of business process methodology and IT conversions, Michael achieved certification as an OCP. In the years since then Michael has brought his skill set to bear on real estate finance and planning both in the public accounting arena and most recently as the CFO for Allegra, LTD.
